2. Orders & Delivery

  • Standard order processing and delivery time is 7–10 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orders under R750,00 may incur a delivery charge, which will be calculated at checkout.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

  • Certain items, such as personalised or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., baby pacifiers, bottles, or clothing worn/washed), may not be eligible for return.

5. Product Information

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate; however, slight variations in colour, size, or design may occur.

  • Lullaby Land will not be held responsible for typographical errors or incorrect product details provided by suppliers.

6. Liability

  • Lullaby Land will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our products, except where required by South African consumer protection laws.
